Vehicle Entries and Stall Operators should arrive from 8.00am.

You will be met at the entry gate and directed to your particular area.

1.       Individual Vehicle Entries ( ALL VEHICLE OWNERS ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO THE EVENT MARSHALL STATION AFTER PARKING -  TO COLLECT YOUR EVENT REGISTRATION NUMBER )

2.       Car Clubs / Groups ( AS ABOVE ) & ( PLEASE NOTIFY US BY TUESDAY AUGUST 25TH OF THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES IN YOUR GROUP )

Dear Members

I have just received notification that Sunday's event has been cancelled due to bad weather of late which has caused significant flooding to Kelso Oval.

The event has been rescheduled to Sunday 27 September 2015, however, we have a breakfast run scheduled on that day.

Thank you to those members who put their hands up to take part in this worthy cause.

I will place the alternative date in our 'other events' page.

Look out on the forum for an alternative run (breakfast or lunch) on Sunday 30 August 2015.

Hello all

Unfortunately, due to the condition of Kelso Oval and the weather forecast for continuing showers in the area, Bankstown City Council have had no choice but to close the Oval.

There are Insurance, OH&S, Public Liability, and Safety issues that must be adhered to. 

I know that this will disappoint many of you. 

I understand the planning and preparation that goes into staging an event of this size.

HOWEVER ,

Our team goal remains unchanged -

To raise as much funding possible for Westmead, Randwick, and John Hunter Children's Hospitals.

The funds raised will go towards the research and support of Children with a Cancer related illness and their families.

All Sponsorship  , Vendor , Stall Operator , and Vehicle entry details will remain in place for Sunday September 27th. ( Please advise if unable to attend )

In 12 months the HCCS has grown considerably, and therefore we are not able to move from Kelso Oval.

To those who are not able to make the new date of Sunday September 27th , you will be missed.

To those who can make the new date,  we look forward to seeing you on the day.
