Ok everybody its that time of the year again, Top Gear Festival is on 8th and 9th March.

As we only have a short time until the event we need to start making the list, before you make your decision please read the information the below to the terms and conditions for the weekends event.

The club has secured 20 spots for the weekend, this year we are on the grassed hill area along the main straight were we normally setup for Muscle Car Masters. This is a great viewing spot and we should be able to follow all the events over the 2 days.

Please take note that if you commit your vehicle to this event you are agreeing to attend both the Saturday and Sunday as outlined in the rules below. All vehicles will receive 2 general entry tickets per day. Meeting spot and time will be announced before the event.

Hi,

I'm working Saturday but would like to attend Sunday. I know you stated that all must attend both days over the weekend but if there is someone that can only attend the Saturday is it possible to share the one entry, one day each??
Anyway I don't know if anyone wants to or can only attend the Saturday but I thought I'd ask the question.

Hi Rod I am sorry to inform you that the contract that was signed for the top Gear event stipulates that the same car must be displayed on the two days of the event this is part of the contract that we signed and I am sorry but there is nothing we can do about it.

Colin Who is big Chris is this a another member with a car or somebody you are bringing with you on the day can you let me know please so I can keep an accurate number of vehicles thank you
