A sad loss. R.I.P Stephen Pearce
« on: January 01, 2011, 09:34:08 AM »
I would just like to let everyone know that our good friend Stephen Pearce has passed away this morning at 5.48am 01/01/2011.  I have known Stephen for the last 15 years from the Corvette club & now with our club he was diagnosed  with cancer a few months back so he went out & bought a C6 Corvette to enjoy his last days & he got to as many events with our club as possible. It would be fantastic if we could get some Muscle cars to the funeral for his last cruise with cars he loved.
I will post when the funeral will be on.
    Rest in peace my friend.
      Regards Garry.

 Copy that Gaz, can we make this a club event so cars on club rego can attend as well or is there an exception for circumstances such as this.
Such a Sad loss, my thoughts and condolences go out to his loving and supporting family.

Although we did not know stephen personally we are still saddened to hear of his passing especially as his life was cut short so early and we will do our best to make it for his last cruise.

It's so hard to take when you have a passing of a friend, but Im so glad that he wanted to spend that time with us, and honoured. Hopefully we can all get together and give him a great send-off.

Condolences to his family, I'd be happy to help on the drive, I have my niece's wedding on Thursday but I'm off work this week so any other time is fine.

To me Stephen displayed a side of life with much courage
no topic was not on the table including his own story of
his personal health issues, battles with it and  where it
was going to end eventually.
To me Stephen displayed also a very high level of character
and deep in his heart wanted to socialize and enjoy his special
car amongst fellow enthusiasts he chose our club cause he
felt it was the best in his eyes for many reasons and he was
made very welcome. Again didnt mind a chat about anything.
A real honour to know you, cruise and share a BBQ dinner by
the beach.I hope you are at peace now and with a smile as
big as anything....condolences to your supporting family.bye!

Very Sad, Sincere condolences to all his family and friends.

I actually think i may have worked with Steve a few years ago, was he part owner at some stage of a company called RADS?
