I posted up a while ago when my youngest son was selected for the Australian U/19's Basketball team and how he's been overseas twice this year with them, to Germany and China.
Well, a couple of weeks ago, he signed a development contract with the Wollongong Hawks of the National Basketball League.  He finished his HSC exams yesterday, so he's suiting up for his first national league game tonight.  It's on the ONE channel, Wollongong v Townsville.
It's a great achievement for a young kid who won't be 18 until December.
If anyone has a look on tv tonight, you'll realise when you see him run on the court, at 6' 6" and a full head of blonde hair, he's absolutely nothing like me.
