Hi all I'm Jason i live in Mackay in Queensland in sunny Australia. I don't have a car yet but looking at a few at the moment. Probably looking at selling my current 4x4 ute at the end of the year and buying a muscle car. Looking forward to talking to you guys and gals.

Love alot of cars too many to mention really ( holden ehs, monaros, novas, chargers, darts, impalas, falcon gt, toranas, and i still have a soft spot for my first car a gemini coupe). I'm looking and hoping at getting an Impala 64 to 69 model. Looking at spending about $20 grand RHD 327 or 350. Mildly worked but still streetable. Neat but not a trailer car. Will be my cruiser and get to shops as i have a work van. I will need the car to drive at the moment but in the future will go for an overhaul and turn into just a weekender.

It was a 1600cc bored out 100thou, flat top pistons, ported polished, blueprinted and balanced, extractors and a 55mm sidedraft webber. The thing was quick for what it was but drank like a fish.

Hey there, I also had a 1979 Gemini with a piazza turbo motor that my lovely husband built and installed.  It was pretty good back in its day - won plenty with it, like fastest female 3 years in a row at the 4 cylinder nationals, and most powerful 4 cylinder at the summernats on the dyno thingy. :way:  Man I miss that car - I should never have sold it!  But I do love American Muscle Cars though.....

Hi Jason!

I suppose the Gemini was close to being a USA car as they also had a variant of that body
