As you can imagine, the HOT ROD Power Tour 2013, presented by Chevrolet Performance and driven by Continental Tire, was a tire-burning, clutch-popping success for all. And how could it not be? But the crowning achievement – and a perfect ending to the Power Tour – is bearing witness to a burnout 73-cars strong.
