Email sent in to us:-
"Hi Everyone,
We have a Production Company seeking a particular style of vehicle for Filming in Sydney next week.
An example of the style would be a 1960’s Black Mustang Coupe.
Here is a checklist of the Art Directors requirements;
• An older model vehicle ( 50’s to 80’s)
• Sporty lines
• Black, Grey or Navy
• No Soft Tops
• Windows can not be Tinted
• Must have a back seat
• Needs to have enough space in the back seat area for a Film Camera
If you know of a vehicle that ticks all the boxes, please send photos for submission to the Production Company.
Happy hunting, Regards, Stuart.

:shades: enjoy the day......dribble drool ......

I was in a servo the other day and this guy came up and asked if they could use my car for an upcoming tv add. I said no, he said that they would pay to use it, but still said no .
Oh by the way it wasn't my Mustang it was my work ute :rol:
Add was for an insurance company, they needed a tradie type work ute and mine was perfect for the job, but would lose more money in not working than they would pay.
-
...woohoo....just found out its for: COSMOPOLITAN!!!:fantastic:
-
Isnt that the one where the bloke has to let it all hang out?
-
na unfortunately, it'll be a beautiful Polish model drapping herself all over the car.
I might have to repaint afterwards, but I think it'll be worth it :exact:
-
What, she's going to polish your car?
-
Yep, the Polish model is gonna polish the car :fingers:
-
You won't have any problems with a model denting your car, they only weigh about 5 kilos, and thats wet :rol:
-
you got to get her wet first :rain:
-
:thanks: Cosmo!
I think I got a little wet lookin at the Polish model draped over the car....hubba hubba..
Even the Ranger that escorted me to the the shooting point couldn't get himself to leave, even though there was someone callin him on his two-way.....lol
Why can't I live that life everyday....
-
So... Bas, your car is already a movie star.
When are you going start hunting for trophies?
-
How can I compete with the likes of bonnevista?!?!
-
so when do we get to see the pics?? :zip:

They'll be in the April edition which stupidly enough comes out on the 1st of March...huh?
If you're keen, any newsagency will have a copy on the 1st march.
-
How can I compete with the likes of bonnevista?!?!
Mate... You are safe. The only trophies bonnevista got is from the US Navy for being able to accomodate 12 Messerschmidt amphibians on his bonnet recently without sinking or even taking in any water.
Not bad for a Pontiac but that is all that badge is good for these days :zip:
-
I've got to have a Pontiac, after all, I actually drive/sail it every day, my transport has to be reliable.:exact:
