Actually its red kind of like the drink on the table :boxing:

what kind of red??
their's a certain red colour that we might be able to associate it with :rol::rol:
-
I think its a little lighter than that red Joel but close:rol:
-
What did you get???
Ponti?
-
Judging by that deep red I'd say its a double 'Shirley Temple'

What did you get???
Ponti?
I wish.
Its a new car for Leslee My wife to replace the Camaro because the TA and the Camaro are both lacking in leg room in the back. To solve the problem we bought a 1973 Plymouth Duster it's a 340 car with all matching numbers and a build sheet the car arrives on the 28th Jan and should clear customs and hit the road early Feb here are some pic I have.

First of all thanks for all the great response and kind words.
Yvette, thanks for pointing that out. You guys have done a great job with the land freight & shipping. Alll I had to do was give you the pickup address and next thing you know it's here, very easy.
Now Andy I have 400ci Pontiac 305ci Chev & 340ci mopar.
that's 1045ci of American muscle that makes me a lucky and happy man.:thanks:
cheers Joe
-
So 69DR how many cubes do you have in total????????
-
OK.... 540 + 454 = 994 cubes = 497 average per US Muscle car! Joe has 348 cubes average per US Muscle car! SO ANYONE OUT THERE >>>>BEAT THAT!
At least its good old GM muscle and thats still way better than a couple of punny 289 struggling cubes of Equus Caballus!

Good one Andy, OK come on guys SHOW US YOUR QUBES:rol:

Maybe we should divide cubes by actual kilometres driven, now that would be an entertaining ratio! :gotya:

Hmmm, the bigger the number the bigger the person is a........ ummmmm........ naaa, on second thoughts, I'm not going there. :zip:

This is good because appart from a few people with dailyish drivers, my Vette has travelled more than 30,000 miles since I bought it in 99! And that includes only about 200miles in the last 2 years(Dooh, and not my fault), so if you'll let me discount the last 2 years thats an average of about 3,800MILES (5600km/year in a Big Block!!!!!) SO 497 average cubes divided by 3800 average Miles = a number of 0.13, so the lower the number (closest to 0) is the winner! CPU are u a Mathamatian? does that compute??? Average cubes Divided by average miles/yr??????. bonnevista will probably win?
-
I'll have had the barge 8 years in March. It'll have easily passed 120,000 miles by then.
-
You win!!!:bow::bow::bow:

You win!!!:bow::bow::bow:
Damn right, I win!!
But plans are now afoot to build barge/Homer engine mark II from my spare 455.
-
I saw you maneuvering the land barge through Bankstown yesterday.

Nothing wrong with having a few spare Pontiac engine in the garage.
They are hard to get now.....not like being able to nip down to woolies for a new 350chev or something like that!
Thats why I got a couple.

Oh, doesn't everyone have at least two Pontiac 455's??
Having the spare engine is really convenient. Leave the old one in the car while the new one is being rebuilt.
All part of my cunning plan.:rub:

Matt, how did you know it was me?? That could have been anyone.
