Title: A special thanks to paul (hevn67)
Post by: 68PONY on October 01, 2009, 05:59:11 PM
Well everyone knows my situation ,I had my car towed from a so called friends workshop yesterday morning and took it to my transmission guru's workshop where he kindly donated one of his hoists so i could strip my interior , our good friend paul (hevn67) popped in and it wasn't long before he had the welder in his hand and started welding the rips in the transmission tunnel. So paul, from sharon and myself a BIG! thankyou , I tell ya, when the sh*t hits the fan you know then who your real mates are, i have know found that out the hard way. BTW if your looking for a good honest transmission including manual , diff repairer ,Joe from A CLASS AUTOMATICS is the man for the job, he will finish the job regardless of what happens(ph 4732-6177)
cheers chris.

Okay worth a try , im looking for a AODE 4 speed auto 1992-1996 or a 4r70w 1997-2004 it must have a 2 bolt starter motor bell housing not a 3 bolt ,they were in mustangs including v6 which will do, f150 trucks and 5 litre ford explorers , we only need the case as we have taken all the internals from the cracked one including the shaft , everything internal was not damaged.
cheers
