XMAS IN JULY IS COMING..............

BOOKINGS FOR XMAS IN JULY ARE NOW OPEN.

To book.

1. Book your cabin - call 6230 3433 select option 3 (Group Bookings) ask for Raelene (works Monday to Friday) remember to mention AMCCA.
2. Dinner on both Friday (Club BBQ $5) & Saturday nights full buffet (Roast Chicken & Roast Beef + dessert $55) is $60 per person.
3. Once you have booked your cabin and deposited $60 per person into the club account (see below) - then post on the forum to let us know you have completed all 3 steps and let us know who is coming.

It's a BYO venue, so remember to bring whatever you want to drink, (we have access to a cool room), breakfast Saturday is at your expense in your cabin.

Secret Santa is a $20 maximum per person.

        Friday 18th Depart AMPOL Pheasants Nest 12.00pm sharp.
2.15pm - Arrive at Capital Country Holiday Park & check in.
5.30pm - Club BBQ BYO drinks. 

       Saturday 19th Show n shine, Lunch, and Workshop Tour.
Breakfast at your leisure in your own cabin.
9.35am - Drivers briefing at front office car park (drive around & park)
9.50am - Depart office Car park to join the Canberra Club at Eagle Hawk.
10.00am to 1.00pm - Car Show & Shine at the Spanish Club.
1.30pm - Workshop Tour - optional to attend.
2.30pm - Cruise back to the Holiday Park. Leisure time until dinner.
6.30pm - Xmas in July Full Buffet Dinner - BYO drinks. Doors open 6pm.
Secret Santa - Live Auction - Lucky door prizes - Lolly guessing Competition. 

        Sunday 20th Check out (key drop off) & meet around the office carpark at 7.15am.
7.30 - 10.00am - Canberra Cars & Coffee, Kuttabul Place carpark, Acton. Coffee & food vans are on site.
11.00am - Club brunch at Olive View Cafe & Restaurant 5796 Federal Hwy Collector.
12.30am - Depart Collector for the cruise home.
