2021/22 Annual General Meeting – New Committee?

Hi Members,
Annual General Meeting – New Committee?
Its that time of year that we are supposed to hold our Annual General Meeting and vote in a new committee.

I was hoping to achieve this via online, maybe email and Forum post.  However, that would only have worked if the majority of the existing committee put up their hands for another year, which unfortunately is not the case.

Instead, I will try the following process:-   
Step 1 – Call for nominees for positions via Forum and email.
Step 2 – Hold an AGM at the Dam or Park whenever restrictions are eased and that becomes possible – then finalise nominations and voting.

As you will see in the table below, many positions will become vacant and require someone to step up and fulfill the position for next year.   
PLEASE respond on the forum post or via email if you can take up one of the positions for the coming year and ensure the club remains as active as possible and continues to be the great club it has been.

Hi Everyone, I would like to offer my services to take over the merchandise position.

As I have started a new job, there maybe a couple of our club meetings that I could be away.  If  this is not a problem, I would like to be considered.

Thanks Peter for taking on the Merchandise position, as soon as AMCCA can get together I will bring the bag with me & show you what's involved.

From memory we are pretty much stocked up with every size of club shirts, jackets etc.
