Blacktown Drive In – Cricketers Arms Road, Blacktown (gates open at 5.30pm)

Hosted by the Old Time Street Rod Club. Let’s head back to the drive in. Trophies for Top Rod and American Classic. Live Band.

Cost: normal drive-in prices. Movies: TBA.

Meeting point: McDonalds city bound on the M4 (twin servos) - take the Reservoir Road exit off the M4. Meeting time: 5.15pm departing at 5.30pm.

Waited at maccas from 5:15 to 5:40. no one else showed. Got to reservoir rd first roundabout traffic stopped. Bumper to Bumper, the old girl getting hot and the car as well so we bailed and went home. Don't have much luck on these drive-in runs.Maybe better luck next time!

Didn't make it to the meeting point so went straight there. Traffic as usual on these big club nights. Huge crowd and some great cars, the food was actually ok for fast food but they got snowed under. The establishment couldn't handle the pressure. 
The movie Arrival, so so I go lost in the first half hour.
 Got to see some lightning and copped some rain too.
I'll download my pics later tonight or tomorrow.
