Dear Members 

Anyone out there interested in having their vehicle on display at the Sydney 500??

Here are the details:
Event Name: Sydney Auto Show
Event Date: Friday 2, Saturday 3, Sunday 4 December 2016
Venue: Olympic Park Homebush @ the Dome
Bump In & Setup Times: 8.00am-6.00pm Thursday 1 December 2016
Dome Entry Fee: $90.00

Here are some points to take into consideration:

1.  The show is open to quality exhibits only.
2.  All entrants will receive two (2) weekend passes which include paddock entry.
3.  All vehicles must be superbly presented.
4.  Exhibits info and display boards are encouraged, you must rope your vehicle off.  Power is available.
5.  All vehicles to remain in place until after the last on track race.
6.  ALL vehicles MUST bump in between 8am and 6pm (Thursday 1 December) NO LATER.
7.  This show is a judged event - 20 awards will be presented a midday Sunday 4 December.
8.  Stands and props must meet WH&S requirements and be securely weighted down.
9.  At this venue fluid leaks are NOT permitted.
10.  All alarm systems MUST be disconnected or disarmed.
11.  Entry is not refundable.
