We are planning on going however I can't help thinking that it might be a messy muddy event after the rain??? Is it a grassed or sealed area?

As Andy mentioned it's all grass and i have a strong feeling it will be messy for sure!!!

Yes but it's SHIRE grass so it'll be just fine....   

For anyone meeting at Bunnings I suggest meeting along the northern wall of the carpark adjacent to the Mazda dealership, near the carpark exit.
