Steve, you mentioned the couple of cars you had 30 years ago and that the conversion seemed ok.  I assume you mean the Impalas you spoke of in your intro.  Wouldn't they have been factory RHD cars?

I dare say your right mate , 95% chance they were.
There were a bunch of others in the group of boys we hung out with including TA's , Vette's , Mustangs and such , all RHD's , but as you say , probably all factory.
So I probably won't end up going down that track.
On another angle , I'm thinking about getting them back here and sticking to the above guidelines supplied by Yvette and the link she posted up for me in regards to a relatively "stock - ish" vehicle , to get them landed.
All extra "paraphenalia"  :smile: will have to be brought in separately and re - assembled here.
I'll begin sifting through compliance engineers shortly , in attempt to find the right man , and It'll be interesting to see what they have to say in regards to possibilities.
 I really like the builder/designer's work and am hesitant to mess with it too much , but what's gotta be done , will be done.
