Warragamba Dam Fest 2014 - Sunday 19 October 2014

Hi All

The Warragamba Dam Fest is taking place this Sunday 19 October 2014 (Warragamba Recreational Reserve, Cnr Farnsworth Avenue & Warradale Road, Warragamba).  The Fest is a great local community event with a mix of cars and bikes on display as well as a variety of stalls.

The meeting point will be Masters Hardware Narellan (630 Camden Valley Way, Gregory Hills) at 7.00am for a 7.15am departure.  Organisers encourage us to arrive by 8.00am to ensure our cars are displayed together and in prime position.  Car entry will be via Production Avenue.

Entry for the for Fest is $10.00 per car and if you wish for your car to be judged for a trophy an additional $10.00 fee applies.

Cars are to remain at the Fest from 10.00am to 4.00pm, however, if you need to leave early please go to the Information Tent for the easiest and safest way to leave.

Vanessa needs to provide numbers to the Fest organisers by this Friday so please send through your interest and number of cars by Thursday evening.

Let's hope we have perfect weather and a good turn out to support this community event.

Sorry everyone I cant make it this weekend my beautiful wife is turning 50, Hope you all enjoyed Bathurst as much as I did. Ill see you all at the First BBQ at Thirroul, Tuesday 21st October 2014.

Thanks to those who have responded.  It looks like there's not going to be a huge turn out on Sunday from AMCCA so I've let Stephanie know that we may have up to five cars.
