Sunday 12th January Sunday Night Drive In and Dinner Now with pics

Blacktown Drive-in I called Blacktown Drive in to try and put aside a spot for our club. Turns out this is very difficult to do as the only way to reserve seating is to pay online or just show up on the night. They then went on to warn me that just showing up on the night, if a good movie is showing they can book out by 8pm. They also told me they don’t know until the week prior what movie is showing. This makes it extremely hard to add this to the events calendar but we will give it a go and see how it works out. Please follow the thread on the forum we will update you as soon as we have more details regarding movie and meeting spot. Prices are $10 per person including the car.

We will be meeting at the Royal Cricketers Arm Pub at 5.00pm, 385 Reservoir Rd
Prospect.  Dinner is booked for 5.30pm. After dinner, approx 7.15pm we will cruise down the road to the drive in.

Movie showing for the night is Saving Mr Banks staring Tom Hanks and Emma Thompson.

Please note that your car must be fitted with a FM radio to receive audio for the movie or bring a portable with you. Bring a chair and blanket with you so you can watch the movie under the stars if you wish!!

If you don't have FM on your stereo or you don't have a portable radio you can hand your drivers license in at the diner and they will lend you a radio for the night.  :way:
