Msd 6-al question.

Quick question, can u run a 6-al Msd box into an aftermarket non Msd ready to run distributor?

I'd say no.
The ready to run dizzy uses an HEI module incorporated into the dizzy.
The 6AL would be used to replace the HEI module.

The 6AL and the HEI module are both the ECU to amplify the spark to the dizzy.

Like sixpack says, you can not run it unless you remove the HEI module first which is not hard to do. The 6AL comes with instructions how to do this, they even supply an adapter wire to suit most electronic dizzies with built in module.
