This is not strictly car stuff but of interest..
  We needed to update one of our mobiles.. and I tend not to be 101% up to date with Android technology - having had a few failed attempts at updating.. seems this is a pretty good solution.
    Crawling around the shopping malls this afternoon.. most phone deals were all the same.. Telstra about the worst... then Vodaphone - whom we have a mobile USB wireless broadband stick with .. has kicked the market a bit &  offered a 24 month contract..for $45 per month.. inc GST all UP. Hope there coverage is not an issue.. but & includes:
   IF anybody is interested....apparently this deal is normally $70 per month but for the next two days is $45..  A incar charger and protection cover was also included as was 24 months, or life of contract warranty is included with the deal, not extra.

   It might interest some.. & sure is a good way to reduce your costs.

I have had some problems with their coverage & with call drop outs & there have been a few days where I haven't been able to send or receive text messages.
