Rudy Heeman, an inventor in New Zealand, has created a flying hovercraft. We'll admit right now that it has [strike]little[/strike] nothing to do with cars, but it is ridiculously cool. Heeman wants to make and sell them for only $13,000. Maybe it's time for us to just sell the car and move someplace with waterways for roads. Check it out in the video.
