Now that was my idea of a dammmm fun day.  Thanks for letting us tag along.

Chickenman took us through some back roads through the hills that were are great drive.  There was one area where I thought there was a cloud of thick fog but it had a smell of rubber chicken, or is that chicken rubber?  :zip:

I believe you had some new members on the run.  I'll leave it to your club members to welcome them.  Dammm  nice Mach I.

Much joking was had at the numerous stops along the way.  Needles to say that there will be some wise crack comments made here as time progresses.  Bloody birds :ripped:

I was amazed to find out that Monzas and Pontiacs had so much in common.  And Fords and Pontiacs had interchangeable parts as far as the diff goes. :rub:

I'm sure some pictures will be shown once the chook gets them uploaded, and I will get some video up once it's edited.

Also stay tuned to this channel for some more photoshop, Stewart......... hehehehe!

Lesley, love ya duster.  Looks like you were having some fun today.  Every time we saw you , you had a huge smile on your face.

154 [strike]kilometers[/strike] miles in total from door to door and 8 hours of fun and joy with a great group of people.  You guys sure know how to have a fun day cruising.

Good one elpresidentey.

Let me know next time you do this and we'll come along for sure, but with a new accessory for my car

Thanks CPU yes was a great day with lots of laughs & it was good to meet Alan & Gail with a lovely 69 Mach 1 Mustang said the have been looking at our web site & decided to come along on one of the runs they really picked a good one today. I always believe if you have been on a cruise for 8 hours it's a good run. I must thank Joe for the idea of the back road from Thirlmere & Grandpars Shed I have never seen so much stuff in one place I still want the pulpit & the sheriffs badge so I can preach from it. Thanks to the members that come along & made it a great trip looking forward to the next cruise.

Did you guys actually get to drive through Kangaroo Valley township.. ?? I was sitten outside the pub with the bikers for about an hour till around 1pm.. then went off towards Berri.. and took a wrong bloody turn up in the mountains.. found places and roads nobody had traveled for century's..... especially not the RTA for sure....  ended up back in bloody Kangaroo Valley again.. .. There was also a bad .. no... VERY bad accident at the top of MacQuarie Pass on the way up around 11-11.30am which had the all resources at including the Careflight chopper.. but no road closure staff at the time.. you just had to figure it out and do a tight turn about etc.
Anyway.. yes it was a good day for a drive for sure.. and nice just sitten taken in the scenery &  reading the paper at a few places .. need a job like that...!

one thing i did notice on the day
el president  has no idea how to use that thing in the middle of the car .....all he can find is D and R ..........all he does is ride the brakes down the hills

ohh and that chicken smoke on the cross over to berry was a ONE wheel whizzer ...........i was behind it left rear never smoked !!!!! !

and i think the Monza likes the Duster ...if they got to close there was a harmonic vibration going on between them !

ausmonza my brakes work fine thats why they were invented to stop you going down steep hills, I suggest you should check yours if they won't pull you up going down hill. Get Dave to get you some good brake pads like the ones I got from him for the Camaro
