Rarer Mustang the "Alameda"

Just South of San Fransisco is the area known as Alameda, formally a large.. and still is to a degree.. large Military and engineering region for central California..... is the  area of Alameda.. and like a lot of our cars here with Brock Commodores, HDT series, FSV vehicles and "Royal Pontiac" our of Michigan.. I dont get it, apart from the horseshoe bumpers what is different???
